 The Data Processor: a natural person or legal entity who processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller; (Act 4. Article 8.)

 For employing a Data Processor, the consent of the person concerned is not required, however informing them is necessary. In compliance with this we provide the following information:

 1. The IT provider of our Corporation:

To maintain and manage our website, Data Processors are employed by our Corporation, who – during the time period of our contract – provide us IT services (domain service), involving the processing of personal data provided at our website. The process done by the IT service is the storing of personal data on the server.

 4. Data processing of visitors on the website of the Corporation

(1) Cookies are short datafiles, installed on the computer of users by the visited Website. Their aim is to make the use of a given info communicational, internet-based service easier and more convenient. Several types of them exist, but usually they can be listed into two groups.  (1) In accordance with the generally widespread practice of using cookies on the internet, our Corporation also uses cookies on its Website. A cookie is a small file containing a series of characters, and which is installed to the computer of a user when they visit a website. When they visit a given website again, the website is capable of recognizing the browser of the visitor thanks to the cookie. Cookies can store user settings (e.g. choosen language) and other information as well. Among other things, they collect information on the visitor and their device, they save the personal settings of the visitor which may be used for example during the use of online shopping carts. However, we shall draw your attention to the fact, that it may occur that some website functions or services may not work properly without cookies.

The duration of the data processing of these cookies are connected exclusively to the actual visit of the visitor, whit the end of the session, and the closing of the browser this type is automatically deleted from the computer.

The claim of this data processing is Section 13/A (3) of Act CVIII of 2001 (Elkertv.) on certain questions of e-commerce services and informational social services

The purpose of data processing is to provide properly operate the website.

 2. Cookies requiring consent:

These cookies allow the Corporation to save the choices of the visitor regarding the website. The visitor can deny this data processing both before and during using the service. These data cannot be connected to the person of the visitor and cannot be given to third parties without the consent of the visitor.

 (1) The natural person registering on the Website can give their consent to the processing of their personal data by marking the relevant square. The square shall not be marked previously.

 (2) The scope of personal data that may be processed: name of the natural person (last name, first name)), address, Telephone number, e-mail address, online ID.

 (3) Purpose pf the processing of personal data:

1. Fulfilling the services provided on the Website.

2. Establishing contact through electronic ways, telephone, SMS and the post office.

3. Informing the visitor about the products, services, terms and conditions, discounts of the Corporation.

4. Advertisements may be sent during the informing through electronic ways and the post office.

5. Analysing the use of the Website.

 (2) Recipients of the personal data and their categories: The customer service of the Corporation, employees fulfilling tasks connected to marketing activity, as data processor the IT provider of the Corporation and the employees providing domain services,

 (3) Duration of storing personal data: until registration/upholding the service, or until the withdrawal of the consent of the person concerned (until motion for deletion).

 7.Data processing connected to the newsletter

 (1) The natural person registering on the Website to its newsletter service can give their consent to the processing of their personal data by marking the relevant square. The square shall not be marked previously. The person concerned can unsubscribe from the newsletter through using the “Unsubscribe” button, or through a statement done in writing or via email, which indicates the withdrawal of their consent. In such case all the data of the person who unsubscribed shall be deleted. The text of the information that shall be published on the newsletter subscription page can be found in the 7th amendment of this regulation.

 (6) Duration of storing personal data: until the newsletter service is upheld, or until the withdrawal of the consent of the person concerned (until motion for deletion).

8. Social principles/ Data processing on the Facebook page of the Corporation

 (1) The Corporation operates a Facebook page to have its products familiarized and promoted.

 (2) A question submitted on the Facebook page of the Corporation is not considered an official complaint.

 (3) The personal data published on the Facebook page of the Corporation is not processed by the Corporation.

 (4) Facebook’s conditions on data protection and services apply to visitors.

(5) In case of publishing illicit or offensive content the Corporation can exclude the person concerned from the members without prior notification, or it can delet their comment.

 (6) The Corporation is not liable for the contents and comments published by the users that may violate statutes. The Corporation is not liable for any error, malfunction originating from the functioning of Facebook or problem originating from a change in the functioning of the system.

 9. Data processing in the web shop of the Corporation

 (1) Purchasing in the web shop of the Corporation is considered a contract in compliance with Section 13/A of Act CVIII of 2001 on the certain questions of e-commerce services and the services connected to the information society and Section 45/2014 (II. 26.) of the regulation on the detailed rules of contracts concluded between the consumer and the company. In case of purchasing on the Website the claim for data processing is the contract.

 (2) Pursuant to Section 13/A (1) of Act CVIII of 2001 the Corporation can manage the data and address required for identifying the costumer registered in order to establish a contract regarding the service connected to the information society, to define, amend its content, to track its fulfilment, to provide invoicing to costs originating from that contract, and to enforce claims connected to it. The Corporation can also manage the telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number and online ID of the customer for which the claim is the consent of the customer.

 (3) Pursuant to Section 13/A (1) of Act CVIII of 2001, the Corporation may manage the data required for identifying a natural person, the address, and the data on the date, duration, and place of the use of the service.

 (4) Recipients of the personal data and their categories: The customer service of the Corporation, employees fulfilling tasks connected to marketing activity. As data processor the employees of the company providing taxational and accounting services to the Corporation to fulfil obligations in connection with taxation and accounting, the IT provider of the Corporation and the employees providing domain services, and the employees of the delivery service. They manage the delivery data (name, address, telephone number) in order to fulfil deliveries.

 (5) Duration of managing personal data: until registration, or until the withdrawal of the consent of the person concerned (until motion for deletion), in case of purchase for 5 years following the year of the purchase

I acknowledge the following personal data stored in the user account of Best Pizza Kft. (6725 Szeged, Kálvária tér 32.) in the user database of luckypizzeria.hu will be handed over to OTP Mobil Ltd. and is trusted as data processor. The data transferred by the data controller are the following:
- Invoicing data: Name, Address (postal code, city, street, number)
- Shipping address: Name, Address (postal code, city, street, number)

- phone number
- order number,

                                                                    SUMMARIZING THE INFORMATION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED

In this section, to enhance perspicuity and clarity in brief we summarize the rights of the person concerned. Information on the practical use of these rights will be given in the next chapter.

 The right to information beforehand

The person concerned has the right to have an orientation on the activities and information connected to data management prior to the start of data management.

The Access right of the person concerned

The person concerned has the right to receive information on whether their personal data is being processed, and if so they have the access right to their personal rights and to related information defined in the Act.

 Right to rectification

The person concerned has the right to ask the Data manager for rectification of the relevant personal data without any unjustified delay. With regard to the purpose of data management, the person concerned is entitled to ask the completion of their incomplete personal data – including data requiring a complementary statement.
